2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect
Personal identifying information (name, email, phone number)
KYC or identity verification data

Account registration information
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
3.1 Primary Uses
We use collected information solely for:
Platform Functionality - Enabling token creation, trading, and platform features including Flash Tokens and Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool Systems (LBPS)
Security - Protecting against fraud, abuse, and security threats
Operational Monitoring - Maintaining platform performance and uptime
Security Investigations - Supporting security investigations when required by court orders or law enforcement requests
Compliance Assistance - Supporting user geo-blocking and regulatory compliance features
3.2 We Do NOT Use Information For
Marketing or promotional purposes
Selling or monetizing user data

We may share technical data only in the following circumstances:
Security Providers - With trusted third-party security firms for fraud prevention and security investigations
Blockchain Analytics - With blockchain analytics providers when necessary for security investigations
Legal Requirements - When required by valid court orders or law enforcement requests
Platform Operation - With service providers necessary for platform infrastructure (hosting, security, etc.)
4.2 What We Don't Do
We do not sell your data to third parties
We do not share data for marketing purposes
We do not provide data to advertisers
We do not create detailed user profiles for commercial purposes
DATA RETENTION
5.1 Retention Periods
Transaction Data - Retained as long as necessary for platform operation and security
Server Logs - Typically retained for 30-90 days for security and operational purposes
IP Address Logs - Retained for security purposes, typically 30-90 days
Token Metadata - Retained as long as tokens exist on the platform
Blockchain Data - Permanently and immutably recorded on-chain and cannot be deleted by Based Bid or any party
5.2 Data Deletion
Since we operate on blockchain technology, some transaction data becomes permanently recorded on public blockchains and cannot be deleted. However, we minimize data collection to reduce privacy impact.
SECURITY MEASURES
6.1 Technical Safeguards
We implement reasonable security measures including:
Secure server infrastructure
Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/SSL)
Access controls and monitoring
Regular security assessments
6.2 Limitations
While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure. Users are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of their wallet and private keys
Protecting their devices from malware and unauthorized access
Using secure internet connections
BLOCKCHAIN TRANSPARENCY
7.1 Public Nature of Blockchain
Users understand that:
Blockchain transactions are public and permanent
Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are visible on public blockchains
Smart contract interactions are publicly viewable
Token metadata may be publicly accessible
Flash Tokens deployed to DEXs are immediately visible on public blockchain explorers
7.2 Pseudonymous, Not Anonymous
While wallet addresses don't directly reveal your identity, blockchain analysis techniques may be able to link addresses to individuals through transaction patterns.
7.3 Our Role
Based Bid does not control the public nature of blockchain data. Users are responsible for understanding the privacy implications of blockchain technology.
FLASH TOKENS
8.1 Flash Tokens are deployed directly to decentralized exchanges with virtual liquidity and do not go through the traditional bonding curve process.
8.2 All information associated with Flash Tokens (metadata, transactions, liquidity) is immediately public on blockchain networks and DEX platforms.
8.3 Based Bid has no control over Flash Token data once deployed to external DEXs.
COOKIES AND TRACKING
9.1 Essential Functionality Only
We may use essential cookies and similar technologies required for Platform functionality, such as:
Session management
Security features
Basic platform operation
9.2 No Advertising Tracking
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for:
Advertising
Cross-site tracking
User profiling for marketing
Third-party analytics beyond essential security
9.3 You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but this may limit platform functionality.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
10.1 Blockchain Networks
Our Platform interacts with public blockchain networks (Base, BNB Chain, Solana). These networks have their own privacy characteristics and policies that we do not control.
10.2 Wallet Providers
When you connect your cryptocurrency wallet (such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.), you interact with third-party services governed by their own privacy policies.
10.3 External DEXs
When tokens graduate to external decentralized exchanges (or when Flash Tokens are deployed), those platforms have their own privacy policies and practices.
10.4 We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
INTERNATIONAL USERS AND LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS
11.1 Global Operation
Our Platform operates globally, and data may be processed in various jurisdictions. Users are responsible for compliance with their local privacy laws.
11.2 International Data Transfers
Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
11.3 Jurisdictional Considerations
Based Bid is designed to minimize personal data collection. However, users from jurisdictions such as the European Economic Area (EEA) or California should be aware that blockchain addresses may be considered personal data under some laws. Users should consult local legal requirements if concerned about privacy law compliance.
11.4 Geo-blocking
Users may implement geo-blocking features to restrict access from certain regions. This is a user-controlled feature that must be requested from our development team, not an automatic privacy protection we provide.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
12.1 Right to Know
You can request information about what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
12.2 Right to Delete
You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to:
Blockchain data immutability (cannot be deleted from public blockchains)
Legal and operational obligations
Our 30-90 day retention policy for security logs
12.3 Right to Opt-Out of Sale
We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
12.4 Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
12.5 Exercising Your Rights
To exercise these rights, contact us at: https://t.me/BasedBotOwner

13.1 Legal Basis for Processing
We process information based on:
Legitimate Interest - For platform operation, security, and fraud prevention
Contractual Necessity - For providing the services you request
Legal Compliance - When required by applicable laws
13.2 Your Rights
Right to Access - Request access to your personal data

Right to Data Portability - Receive your data in a portable format
Right to Object - Object to certain processing activities
Right to Withdraw Consent - Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

13.5 Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
13.6 Exercising Your Rights
To exercise these rights, contact us at: https://t.me/BasedBotOwner
USER RIGHTS AND CONTROL
14.1 Limited Personal Data
Since we collect minimal personal information, traditional data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) have limited application to our service, particularly for blockchain-recorded data.
14.2 User Control
Users maintain control over their privacy by:
Using pseudonymous wallet addresses
Controlling what token information they make public
Implementing their own geo-blocking as needed
Choosing when and how to interact with the Platform
Understanding the permanent public nature of blockchain transactions
DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
15.1 In the event of a data breach that compromises your information, we will:
Investigate the breach promptly
Notify affected users within a reasonable timeframe and in compliance with applicable laws
Take steps to mitigate harm and prevent future breaches
Comply with applicable data breach notification requirements
15.2 Note that blockchain data is public by design, so blockchain-related information cannot be "breached" in the traditional sense.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process any personal data from children under 18. The nature of our service does not require such data. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact us immediately at https://t.me/BasedBotOwner.
